Kiwi Overnight Oats Bowl

Raw overnight oats with kiwi, a little homemade granola and some peanut butter. Yum 🙂

I had to get my bloods done recently which was a great opportunity to enforce how my diet choices are affecting my health. All came back fantastic: cholesterol low (that’s good), iron great, kidney and liver function fantastic – above average, blood count great and ESR low (that measures inflammation in the body and monitors the onset of diseases) Everything is very healthy. Sometimes I get a bit of stick over my personal lifestyle choices and it does knock your confidence a bit. But the results speak for themselves. There are lots of different ways to achieve health, so feel free to share your tips here too! So, at the risk of sounding like your grandma,  Eat Your Greens! Xx
