Beet, carrot and orange. I loovveee beets. These are organic from the farm down the road. Juiced (or the kids love them roasted in balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil) they are delicious and super charged with nutrients. Calcium, magnesium, iron, folic acid, vitamin C and vitamin A to name a few. In fact, this one cup of juice puts me at 200% over my vitamin A for the day. It’s so easy to get nutrients from plant based food, it’s really convenient that they’re designed that way!
