Vanilla chia pot, blueberry, banana and lacuma smoothie topped with berry chia jam and slivered almonds. Amazeballs. How can you not fall in love with this? Just the colour alone is enough to tell you it’s going to be good.

I’m not a fan of supplements, unless I’m treating a client with a specific condition. But in the generally healthy individual there’s really no need. Especially when you can choose natural foods like lacuma and raw cacao which are utterly booming with nutrients. Why choose the fake stuff? There’s nothing to say they work effectively anyway.
