Smashed Potatoes

Lovely lovely carbs. Fat free goodness. These are smashed boiled new potatoes drizzled in a little garlic oil and rose himalayan rock salt (or you can use any good quality sea or rock salt). Roast at 220 until golden and sprinkle with garlic powder, lemon zest and shredded basil.

Who’s up for trying this one? If you haven’t got fresh herbs or lemon then dried mixed herbs or other spices would work too.

Making all this lovely cooked food for the family is doing my raw veganism no favours at all! Ha x
