Super Blueberry Breakfast Jar

Blueberries! A super food right? Well yes, but no more than say, a potato. Every plant based food provided for you by nature is packed with thousands of nutrients designed for your body specifically. If I’m treating a client with a particular ailment I may suggest more of one group of foods over another, but only to fix a deficiency. A generally healthy diet should be packed full of a good range of super foods, all of which are available from your local farm shop or supermarket.  Spud? Super. Carrot? Super. Parsnip? Super. Peas, lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, lentils, quinoa, beans, peppers…..super!
