Soak some medjool dates for a couple of hours then whizz in the food processor with some of the soaking water, peanut butter and maple syrup. Swirl into some nana ice cream or dollop on top of a healthy mug cake. Or, stir into a smoothie? Or body paint….? Anyway, I digress!
