Speaking of which I happen to have a nice little recipe for kale pesto which I’d be happy to share. You will need:
1 bag or bunch of kale
Nutritional yeast (optional)
In a food processor combine all of the ingredients except the pine nuts. Pulse until combined, adding oil slowly to bind it all together. You won’t need much. Stir in the pine nuts after blending.
If you have nutritional yeast you could add it for that taste cheese/parmesan taste. Enjoy!
