These are laughably easy. Banana oat biscuits/muffins. They’re somewhere in between. I mashed 4 ripe bananas, poured in some oats (didn’t measure, I just kept adding until it wasn’t too bananary but not too oaty either). Then I added dark chocolate drops – use dark for no added dairy or sugar. I also added some vanilla and almond essence. Mix then dollop into biscuit shapes on a baking tray and bake at 190 until golden brown. These aren’t crunchy, they stay quite soft. They’d be lovely for breakfast. These won’t keep well so make ’em and eat ’em!
